Captain Leszek Wiktorowicz Award
The Captain Leszka Wiktorowicz award honours exceptional achievements in sailing, in the maritime education of young people, or the development of maritime awareness. The award is given annually for achievements in the previous year. On occasions a special award is also given for achievements beyond the scope of the annual award.
The award was creared by the estate of Captain Leszek Wiktorowicz, Gdynia City Council, Bractwo Kaphornowców Association, and Press Club Polska.
