ABOUT THE PROGRAM
The Graduate Program for Software Engineers guides young graduates through the first stages of their software engineering carrier.
Content of the program:
- 12-month program provides the job training at Arrow in Gdańsk and abroad
- The program includes traveling to different departments across Europe
- Additional training activities like Product-Trainings on the job
- Preparation for an Software Engineer position at Arrow
YOUR PROFILE
- You have a Bachelor or Master degree in electronic engineering or computer science
- You are capable to communicate using a wide range of communication tools
- You have software skills in on one more of these areas:
- Embedded systems
- C, C++, Java, Python, Linux, Windows, RTOS,
- Verilog/VHDL at the basic level
- You are a team player with great communication skills
- You are eager to work with highly diverse cultures
- You are interested in electronic applications
- You speak Polish and English (advanced), any additional language will be a plus
