ABOUT THE ROLE

 

The HR Master Data Analyst is a critical member of the EMEA HR Solutions Center team. EMEA HR Solutions Center capability will be known for delivering both transactional and higher value services with a goal of maximizing HR efficiency & effectiveness and delivering an exceptional service experience to Arrow employees and businesses. The EMEA HR Solutions Center team is a first point of contact for all HR related inquiries, assisting employees with general HR questions and managers with employees’ lifecycle administration.

 

HR Master Data Analyst provides scalable administration of regional HR programs and specialized solutions such as: HR Process & Project Management, HR Policy & Compliance. This role provides support across the region, on HR Master Data standards in HR systems, including but not limited to Workday, as well as employee related documentation. 

 

 HR Master Data Analyst at Arrow is typically involved in:

  • Liaising in with HR Solution Center key stakeholders to clean and normalize HR Master Data
  • Assisting in the application and implementation procedures of data standards and guidelines
  • Identifying areas for data quality improvements and helping to resolve data quality problems through the appropriate choice of error detection and correction, process control and improvement, or process design strategies
  • Responding to requests from stakeholders for changes to, or creation of HR Master Data records and managing the requests through a formal process of validation and approval
  • Assisting with HR Associates on HR Master Data issues’ resolution
  • Working closely with other HR functions and the business units to help identify data cleansing opportunities
  • Translating business requirements and data models into feasible reporting and analytics on data standards and its quality and integrity
  • Maintain HR Master Data integrity and consistency by proactively identifying risks and opportunities

A FEW THINGS YOU ARE AN EXPERT AT

  • At least good English skills (B2 / C1 level), knowledge of another European language will be a plus
  • Very good command of MS-Office
  • Ability to map HR Master Data process flows and data flow designs
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently
  • You are well organized, detail-oriented and effective with follow-up
  • Experience working with Workday or any other HRIS/HRMS system
  • Experience working with reporting tools
